Coming from a reliable source: 9to5Mac, rumors arises as the new MacBook Pro 2016 will come with Touch ID and OLED function bar. The source notes that both features will be available this coming Fall and it will also be accompanied with a USB-C connectivity port.

As of now, we’re short on reliable sources but there are rumors going around the internet with some blurry pictures of the new MacBook Pro chassis, but then again there’s no proof that it is real.

As for Touch ID, Apple recently made a feature for sessions to be authenticated with the Apple Watch and that Apple Pay transactions are coming through the iPhone. With that, there’s little reasons for the a Touch ID to be coming to the MacBook.

The new MacBook Pro is expected to come this Fall and may be announced this October a released a few weeks after.
