LG has refreshed their Gram range of notebooks at CES 2024. For this year’s models, they are introducing the LG Gram Pro series – their high end offering in the ultraportable space.
The Pro series has two models: the LG Gram Pro and LG Gram Pro 2-in-1. Both come with Intel Core Ultra processors, an NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 GPU. To help them perform optimally, they are equipped with a dual cooling system while still preserving their outstanding portability.
The two can be outfitted with a 16.0-inch 2880 x 1800 OLED display that runs up to 144Hz. As for connectivity, they support two USB 4.0 Gen3x2 with Thunderbolt 4, two USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, and HDMI 2.1.
Meanwhile, the base LG Gram series now have several display sizes ranging from 14, 15, 16, and 17-inch models. Like their Pro variants, they will come with Intel Core Ultra CPUs and NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSDs. Their screens, however, don’t have any OLED variants but some models can reach up to 144Hz.
LG is also using AI on their new range of laptops with the LG Gram Link app. This allows users to simplify tasks such as file sharing, photo sharing, and screen mirroring across other LG gram devices as well as Android and iOS devices. The app can be used to easily search and categorize images thanks to keywords.
All of LG’s Gram notebooks are now up on display at CES 2024. Pricing and availability are yet to be announced.
