The Acer Connect Vero W6m mesh router is the company’s first router made out of post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials in its chassis and features an Eco mode for efficient energy consumption.
Connect Vero A6m supports WiFi 6E Tri-Band AXE7800 that can support up to 7.8Gbps throughput on supported devices. It can be paired with up to 4 other router units to increase its mesh range up to 465m² on a dual mesh system or up to 930m² a full quad mesh system.
The router is powered by a quad-core 2.0Ghz A53 CPU with 1GB LPDDR RAM and 4GB memory for high-bandwidth requirements. Security is also at the forefront with the router passing EU EN 303 645 (RED) Cyber Security Standards.
One of its key points is its use of recycled materials in Acer’s goal of reducing reducing CO2 emissions. Aside from its low power usage and PCR materials, the router comes in a 100% recyclable paper packaging.
Exact specifications, prices, and availability of the Acer Connect Vero W6m will vary by region. More details will be available soon for local price and availability in the Philippines.
