The airasia Super App will soon be rolling out ride-hailing and delivery services as part of their support in easing transportation problems in the Philippines.

airasia Super App Managing Director, Ray Berja, introduced its upcoming ride-hailing and delivery features in the app. This allows the app to be more than just an airline app for the company – it has developed into an e-commerce platform that includes flight booking, hotels, itineraries, and rides and delivery services in the future.

Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board Chairman Atty. Cheloy Velicaria-Garafil and LTFRB Director Atty. Robert Peig expressed their support in providing additional solutions to current transportation problems.

We are looking forwarded to serving the riding public through airasia ride. Our hope is to provide tangible solutions to the current transportation woes. We promise to provide fair rates to make the service more accessible to commuters and a seamless ride whenever and wherever they need it. We also extend the opportunity to provide jobs and for our driver partners to bring home more income to their families,” said Ray Berja, Managing Director of airasia Super App Philippines.

airasia ride is currently available in Malaysia and Thailand. The company has yet to set a timeline the launch of its ride-hailing services in the Philippines.
