After AMD officially unveiled the Ryzen 7000 series back in August, they have now officially arrived in the Philippines. The Zen 4 processors are based on a 5nm TSMC manufacturing process with 13% IPC improvement over the Ryzen 5000 series and up to 29% better single-threaded performance. Clock speeds have been improved as well with max boosts speeds reaching around 5.7GHz.
AMD is promising up to 35% better performance in games for the flagship AMD Ryzen 9 7950X and up to 48% uplift in rendering. The new platform will also support the new AM5 chipset on 600 series motherboards, DDR5 RAM, and better power efficiency.
