When we 1st visited Vietnam, we were astonished by the culture and their love for noodles. Pho is their country’s specialty noodle where herbs are the star of their dishes. Fragrant dishes with wan sui vegetable will mostly be the star in all of their dishes, but this doesn’t stop them from creating different varieties.
Aside from Noodles, Annam also serves rice dishes as our country is highly depended on rice. That’s why they serve fragrant rice dishes like Turmeric Chicken or pork, fried porkchop, fish fillet, pork belly, Australian beef brisket or shaking beef with fries.
Appetizers or small plates are also wide with the likes of pork buns or Banh Mi (Sandwiches) are available for a wide variety of snacks or starters.
Drinks are also special like Lemon lychee, Lychee Pandan tea, Mango-Pineapple sparkling, Passion fruit-soursop sparkling and more. All ranges from Php150 – Php180. We personally liked the Lemon lychee as it is fresh, picking out the lychee one by one was a delight.
Go visit Annam Resorts World Manila for a taste of Vietnamese Noodles and Asian-fusion cuisines. They also have a branch in Eastwood Mall just in case you’re far from the area.
Average cost per person: Php500
