Apple has confirmed that the iPhone 16 series will be making its debut on September 9, 2024. They will be holding the launch in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park and will be livestreaming the event at 10:00am Pacific Standard Time via their YouTube channel. In the Philippines, the launch will happen the next day, September 10, 2024, at 1:00am.
Aside from the new iPhone 16 series, Apple is also gearing up to introduce the Watch Series 10 and the AirPods 4.
According to leaks, the iPhone 16 series will have four variants all of which will be powered by the new Apple A18 silicon. Pro models, however, will be equipped by the more powerful A18 Pro silicon plus larger screens with the Pro and Pro Max reaching 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch displays, respectively. As for cameras, the Pro and Pro Max may come with a 48MP main camera and a 12MP telephoto lenses.
The Apple iPhone 16 series may also launch with Apple Intelligence, which will be one of their main selling points. It will be their built-in AI for their devices, which includes ChatGPT integration, writing tools, suggested replies, summarization, and phone call transcription.
