Depending on what iOS device you’re using, the other change is the less interesting one: Apple is tweaking how Live Photos work to enhance the user experience. The iPhone 6S will capture 1.5 seconds of video before and after a photo has been shot, but the latter 1.5 seconds are often a video where the iPhone is being put away into your pocket or back on the table. Now, the camera will now stop recording if it just detects that you are just putting away your iPhone.

Other updates include stability improvements to CarPlay, snappier app switcher for multitasking and some other bug fixes present on the previous version. Apple is also updating OS X to support all of the new emoji and improving the compatibility of Microsoft new Office 2016.
