Asticom Group to strengthen shared services, eyes more jobs for Filipinos

Asticom Group of Companies, a shared services provider under the Globe Group, hopes to generate more than 15,000 jobs for Filipinos through its portfolio of businesses as it strengthens its standing asa leading shared services company in the next few years.

The company marked a milestone in 2021 after hitting the PhP 2 billion revenue mark after just six years of operations. They are currently targeting to support more small and medium enterprises as well as startups in the country.

The shared services company launched in 2015 and has seen growth in recent years. It spawned four subsidiaries last year: Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services Inc. (FINSI), BRAD Warehouse and Logistics Services Inc., and HCX Technology Partners Inc.

ABSI is a business process company that offers IT and business solutions as well as back-end and project management support to its clients. It acquired HCX Technology Partners Inc. from the Ayala Corporation last year, adding HDR and Digital Solutions to their offerings.

FINSI offers end-to-end engineering solutions for businesses in telecommunications, infrastructure, and technology sectors. It is one of the first homegrown engineering firms in the Philippines that serves local telecom companies. FINSI aims to expand its services nationwide starting with Visayas later this year.

Lastly, BRAD is an on-demand logistics solutions partner that caters to small, medium, and large enterprises in the Philippines. It is locally owned and operated and supports Filipino SMEs through safe, reliable, and affordable services. The company is currently eyeing expansion to Visayas and Mindanao later this year and tap into businesses in education, medical, pharmaceutical, and hospitality industries.

Since 2016, Asticom’s revenues have grown significantly with a compound annual growth rate of 36%. It currently has a 4,500 workforce and maintains ongoing partnerships as well as continue to build business offerings through various ventures.
