ASUS has introduced their new range of 2025 business-oriented notebooks in the Philippines with the most prominent being the first Copilot+ ExpertBook P5. The notebook will come with updated hardware courtesy of Intel and AI capabilities with a focus on productivity and enhanced security.
The ASUS ExpertBook P5 comes with an aluminum design that weighs in at just 1.27kg. Despite its lightweight nature, it has met the US MIL-STD 810H military standard for durability and packs a 14.0-inch 2560 x 1600 IPS display with an anti-glare finish.
It can be outfitted with up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor with up to 32GB LPDDR5X-8533 RAM. They have improved cooling with what they call ExpertCool thermal structure to ensure optimal cooling whether the lid is opened or closed.
Its new processor also comes with AI capabilities thanks to an Intel AI Boost NPU with up to 47 TOPS. This will enable you to access AI ExpertMeet and its comprehensive suite of AI-powered features. AI Meeting Minutes can capture and transcribe meetings, and generate detailed summaries. On the other hand, AI Translated Subtitles ensures seamless communication across languages with its translation.
As for storage, the notebook comes both 2280 and 2230 M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 slots, which are user replaceable comes out from ASUS with up to 1TB of storage each for a total of 2TB.
As a business-focused device, ASUS ensures security with its NIST SP 800-155-compliant BIOS coupled with Windows 11 Secured-Core PC technologies. They ensure longevity with a 5-year support for BIOS and driver updates. ASUS also offers Business Support with on-site repairs, dedicated technical assistance and 24/7 support.
The ASUS ExpertBook P5 is now available in the Philippines with prices starting at PhP 82,995.
