ASUS is updating their Mini PC ExpertCenter with Intel 13th Generation processors. The ASUS ExpertCenter PN64-E1 is a small formfactor PC that can pack up to an Intel Core i7-13500H, up to 32GB DDR5-4800MHz RAM, and can house two PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD.
The mini PC will only come with Intel Iris Xe graphics but will support two Thunderbolt 4 connections that should be able to expand graphics capabilities via an external GPU. ASUS is outfitting it with plenty of USB and display connectivity but allows you to have a customizable port that can be changed to a DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI, COM Port, VGA, or another 2.5Gb Ethernet LAN.
The company is using a new thermal module with a special heatpipe for better heat dissipation, while an aluminum heatsink enables improved conductivity. You can set your own smart fan control for either quiet operation or additional performance in sustained loads.
