ASUS claims that they have a fast repair turnaround time in more than 100 directly managed ASUS service centers plus support call pick-up time made possible by a dedicated call center. On-site services are made more convenient with their 24/7 on-site service warranty application that removes the need to wait until opening hours to book appointments. Currently, all ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG laptops, and ROG Ally come with a standard 2-year International Warranty, while their smartphones like the ROG Phone series have a standard 1-Year Local Warranty.

ASUS, TUF Gaming, and ROG notebooks also include Perfect Warranty, which provides one-time coverage for customer-induced damages usually not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (such as accidental drop, accidental breakage, liquid spill, and electrical surges) for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Professional-focused devices like the ASUS ExperBook are further covered with a standard 3-year International Warranty. All-in-one PCs and consumer desktops are covered with a standard 3-year local warranty. All ASUS Business devices including laptops, desktops, and AIOs also have on-site support out-of-the-box.

ASUS, TUF Gaming, ROG notebooks, ROG Ally, and ExpertBook all have a one-time comprehensive 9-step preventive maintenance service that is provided by the local service center during its standard warranty.
