ASUS outs ExpertBook B9450 and ProArt StudioBook series notebooks for professionals

ASUS is officially launching their ExpertBook B9 and ProArt StudioBook notebooks in the Philippines. Built for the professional market, these notebooks come with military-grade certifications and top-tier specifications in order to be suited to any kind of tasks you throw at it.

ASUS ExpertBook B9450 series

Geared for the serious office worker, the ASUS ExpertBook B9450 is a lightweight companion to bring anywhere. With a starting weight of 870g, the notebook still packs the latest hardware such as Intel’s 10^th generation processors and up to 24 hours of runtime for its 66Whr versions.

The ExpertBook B9450 series of notebooks come with a 14.0-inch display in a 13.0-inch body. Inside its chassis, aside from the aforementioned Intel 10^th generation processors, are up to 2TB of PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe storage, up to 16GB of RAM, and WiFi 6 connectivity. In addition, you still have access to two Thunderbolt 3 and HDMI ports for expandability.

ASUS is also integrating their past innovations with the ExpertBook B9450 notebooks. These notebooks now use the ASUS NumberPad 2.0 previously found in ZenBook notebooks. For the uninitiated, the ASUS NumberPad 2.0 pretty much combines the touch pad and the number pad together in one easy to use pad.

ASUS ProArt StudioBook Series

The culmination of power, innovation, and design, the ASUS ProArt StudioBook series are meant for heavy workloads while in the field. Depending on your preference, the ProArt StudioBook series can come with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX series GPU or an NVIDIA Quadro RTX card.

While they still sport the older Intel 9^th generation processors, these are part of the H-series CPUs, which mean that they can achieve higher clock speeds compared to their lower power counterparts. RAM capacity can be configured from 16GB to 64GB allowing you to choose the best amount of memory depending on your application.

Some of the models under the ProArt StudioBook notebooks will come with the ASUS ScreenPad 2.0, which basically means that you have a mini-secondary screen on your notebook combined with the touch pad. The latest connectivity options are also available in these laptops such as USB Type-C, Thunderbolt 3, and WiFi 6 (802.11ax).

The ProArt StudioBook series come with 17.0 or 15.6-inch displays depending on the model. Regardless of the variant, all displays are IPS with 8-bit color, Pantone Validated, and can specced up to 3840 x 2160.

Availability

The ASUS ExpertBook B9 and ProArt StudioBook lineup will be available online through Shopee, Lazada, and the ASUS Official e-store starting today, June 19, 2020. Some of the ProArt StudioBook models, however, will come at a later date.
