ASUS is bringing in their professional-grade ProArt 8K PA32KCX into the Philippines. As its name suggests, it comes with a 32-inch 8K screen designed for professionals and creative work.
Its 32-inch mini-LED display comes with 4032-zone local dimming and LuxPixel AGLR IPS panel to deliver top-notch color contrast and deep blacks. It can provide up to 1,200nits of brightness and 1,000 sustained full-screen brightness.
For color, it supports 97% DCI-P3 gamut and 10-bit color depth. It comes factory calibrated to ensure Delta E<1 color accuracy, and its built-in colorimeter supports self/auto calibration and is compatible with Calman and Light Illusion ColourSpace CMS software. Additionally, each grayscale level is measured and set to comply with DICOM standard for medical use.
ASUS ProArt Hardware Calibration technology saves color parameter profiles on the monitor’s internal scaler IC chip, which allow calibration and look-up table rewriting without re-adjusting settings when connecting to different devices. The ProArt Color Center tool enables remote control of multiple ProArt monitors for consistent and professional-level accuracy.
Additionally, the ProArt PA32KCX has an integrated motorized flip colorimeter to ensure on-the-spot color calibration whenever needed.
Aside from support for 8K at 60Hz, the display includes dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.1 ports for compatibility with current and future monitors and peripherals. Its Thunderbolt 4 offers 96W Power Delivery and display daisy-chain support. It also comes with a built-in USB 3.2 Hub with three USB Type-A and two USB-C ports for easy connectivity and charging.
The ASUS ProArt 8K PA32KCX is priced at PhP 500,000 in the Philippines. It is now available for pre-order at all of ASUS’ partner IT retailers and will hit the retail market in mid-June 2025.
