NVIDIA’s GeForce GTX 1070 Ti isn’t a secret anymore. The latest card from the Green Team aims to combat the AMD’s RX Vega 56. Situated between the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080, the cards will arrive on stores on November 2, 2017 or November 3, 2017 here in the Philippines.
Albeit the price has been set at USD 449 or GBP 419, the price here in the Philippines has been hotly debated by both consumers and media alike. Based on its positioning, the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti should be around PhP 28,000 for the reference variant locally.
Dynaquest, however, has posted on their website the price of the upcoming AIB variant of the GTX 1070 Ti from ASUS. Two SKUs from the ROG Strix line are currently posted. The ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti 8GB (ROG Strix GTX1070Ti-8G GAMING) and the ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1070 Ti Advanced 8GB (ROG Strix GTX1070Ti-A8G GAMING).
Both ROG Strix cards use the DirectCU III cooler and Patented Wing-Blade Fans from the ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080 Ti to deliver 30% better cooling performance while being thrice as silent compared to a reference card. Since this is an ASUS card, AURA Sync is also supported for those who love RGB lighting.
