The ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM is expected to arrive in retail shelves soon. It is one of the fastest OLED gaming monitors around packing a 26.5-inch 2560 x 1440 240Hz panel plus all the goodies you expect from an ROG monitor.
ASUS promises 0.03 GTG response time, 10-bit color, plus compatibility for both FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC. The screen will have 99% DCI-P3 coverage and has a maximum brightness of around 450 cd/m2. HDR10 is supported and brightness peaks at a rated peak of 1,000 cd/m2.
To ensure the longevity of its OLED panel, the ROG Swift PG27AQDM uses a custom heatsink for heat-generating components and a new internal layout for improved cooling. With heat dissipating more evenly across the rear, the average temperature is 5% lower compared to other monitors in its class.
Intelligent voltage optimization allows consistent luminance to each pixel by controlling the amount of voltage. ASUS has closely worked with its panel maker for the correlation between OLED brightness, voltage level, and operational temperature. A smart algorithm optimizes voltage based on current temperatures to ensure uinform luminance on the panel.

The ASUS ROG Swift PG27AQDM will be available in the Philippines this Q3 2023. Unfortunately, they have not announced its price yet. Given its 2560 x 1440 OLED panel and 240Hz refresh rate, we expect that will cost a pretty penny.
