ASUS is refreshing their ZenBook series to now carry Intel’s 10th Generation processors. As part of the brand’s premium ZenBook lineup, the ASUS ZenBook 13 (UX325) and ZenBook 14 (UX425) are lightweight while still retaining a full range of ports and performance from their bigger cousins.

Weighing in at just above a kilogram, both the ASUS ZenBook 13 (UX325) and ZenBook 14 (UX425) are lighter than previous entries in the lineup. As their names suggest, the difference between the two are their screen sizes. The UX325 has a 13.3-inch IPS display at 1920 x 1080 with 2.9mm bezels and can produce up to 300nits of brightness. Meanwhile, the UX425 has a larger 14.0-inch IPS 1920 x 1080 screen with the same brightness capabilities but with a 90% screen-to-body ratio.

Both notebooks share the same specifications. The two of them will ship with an Intel Core i5-1035G1 with 8GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200MHz. Storage is provided by a 512GB PCIe 3.0 x2 NVMe SSD. ASUS will also be providing a range of ports such as two Thunderbolt 3 USB Type-C ports, one which are compatible with USB Power Delivery charging; a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, a full-size HDMI 2.0 port, and a MicroSD Card Reader.

The ZenBook 13 (UX325) and ZenBook 14 (UX425) will come with the ASUS NumberPad 2.0, which allows the trackpad to double as a number pad to increase productivity. Both laptops are also equipped with 802.11ax WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 for faster wireless transfer speeds.
