First teased at CES 2022 and debuted at IFA 2022, the ASUS ZenBook 17 Fold OLED has officially arrived in the Philippines. The notebook is the company’s take on the next generation of laptops packing a 17.3-inch 2560 x 1920 OLED body that can be folded in the middle so you can use it either as a laptop or a tablet.
When folded, the bottom half can be used as a touchscreen keyboard but those who wants tactility can use a Bluetooth keyboard. It will also come with a kickstand at the back so it can be easily used as a standalone 17.3-inch tablet.
Inside its shell is an Intel Core i7-1250U with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and an Intel Iris Xe GPU. ASUS says that its display supports 100% DCI-P3 coverage and is Pantone Validated. For storage, it will come with a 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD.
Ports include two Thunderbolt 4 connections and a 3.5mm audio jack. The former can be used for 65W PD charging, external storage, additional displays, and an external GPU for more graphical horsepower.
