ASUS is updating their range of ZenBook notebooks to Intel’s recently released 11th Generation Tiger Lake processors. Aside from the CPU boost, Tiger Lake-based ZenBook laptops now come with Iris X graphics as well as faster DDR4 RAM.
One of the higher-tier ZenBook notebooks refreshed to Tiger Lake this year, the ASUS ZenBook S UX393 comes with a 13.9-inch IPS display with a 3:2 aspect ratio that leads to a resolution of 3300 x 2200, which is just shy of UHD but miles ahead compared to 1440p. The display panel is Pantone Validated with 100% DCI-P3 and 133% sRGB coverage. Screen-to-body ratio is kept fairly high thanks to ASUS’ NanoEdge Bezels.
Design has always been the one of the pillars of the ZenBook series, and that doesn’t change with the ZenBook S UX 393. It has a Jade Black Finish with Red Copper diamond-cut edges made with a two-phase anodizing process. A spun-metal finish with concentric circles are at the back of the lid, which is now a staple of the ZenBook lineup.
The ASUS ZenBook S UX393 now comes with an Intel Core i7-1165G7 11th Generation Tiger Lake processor with an Iris X iGPU. The processor is accompanied by 16GB of RAM running at 4266MHz, which is significantly faster compared to previous generations. Storage, meanwhile, is a 1TB PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe SSD. ASUS is also throwing in two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-C ports for charging as well as expandability such as an external GPU.
This new version of the ZenBook S ships with the brand’s ASUS NumberPad 2.0. The touchpad now comes integrated with an LED-illuminated numerical keypad to allow users to increase productivity especially in placing data in excel sheets.
The notebook will also include the ASUS AI Noise Cancellation. This will enable users to have a background noise-free call with their office mates or loved ones without any external help from other devices.

The latest ultraslim convertible from ASUS, the ZenBook Flip S UX371’s display is now a 13.3-inch OLED screen at 3840 x 2160 with NanoEdge Bezels. With a 100% DCI-P3 color space, the Flip S has been made for both regular office work and creative work with its inclusion of the ASUS Pen Active Stylus that now supports 4,096 pressure levels.
Its convertible status is made possible by its 360° ErgoLift hinge that has a metal multi-gear mechanism that lifts and tilts the keyboard for a more comfortable typing and improved cooling when opened to a certain degree. In its tablet mode, the mechanism automatically rotates out of the way to allow its display to fold flat against the base. Depending on your preference, you can use the notebook in its regular, tablet, or tent mode.
The ASUS ZenBook Flip S UX371 ships with an Intel Core i7-1165G7 Tiger Lake-based CPU with Iris X graphics. 16GB of DDR4 RAM clocked at 4266MHz is included as well as up to 1TB of PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe M.2 storage. The brand is also including their NumberPad 2.0 on the device to allow you to use a dedicated numerical keypad on the trackpad for added functionality.
