The Russion ECC Certifications has just basically confirmed the existence of the ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 and Max M2. Rgegisted by ASUS on October 1, 2018, these two new devices will run on Android Oreo.
There’s no official specifications listed on the certification yet. Both smartphones, however, will presumable run on Android 8.1 Oreo. The ASUS ZenFone Max Pro M2 will have a model number of ZB631KL while the more budget-oriented ZenFone Max M2 will have a codename of ZB633KL.
As mentioned, no specifications has been listed for both the ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2. Based on ASUS’ track record on the ZenFone Max Pro M1, the smartphone may have a focus on gaming as well as a vanilla version of Android 8.0 Oreo. Of course, both smartphones will most likely have a large battery as is customary for a ZenFone with a Max moniker.
