In an interview with Atari CEO Fred Chesnais revealed that the company will be returning to the hardware business. For those who are unfamiliar, Atari made the Atari 2600 back in 1977, which popularized the use of microprocessor-based hardware and ROM cartridges that shaped the console market for nearly two decades.
