The game will release February 21, 2023 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, and is available now for pre-order in Asia!

In the Greater China region and Southeast Asia, Singapore-based publisher 4Divinity along with its distributor Epicsoft Asia will be releasing Atomic Heart on the same day on February 21, 2023. The release in Japan and Korea will be in early 2nd Quarter in 2023.
