Azur Lane, a Naval Shoot ’Em up mobile game published by Yostar, is introducing a new Sardegna Empire major event, Virtual Tower. The Sardegna Empire unites the commander and other factions to investigate a strange tower found on their way back to the port, which appeared alongside a Mirror Sea created by Sirens. This event starts on March 24th, 2022, and ends on April 6th, 2022. The update features three new shipgirls plus one returning character, a new Event Map, a series of new outfits, furniture sets, and multiple rewards.

The new Event Map consists of 4 SP maps where players can investigate and experience the story. The SP* stage is limited to 1 attempt per day and grants 800 event points per clear. The EX stage will also be unlocked once SP* stage is cleared. Players who acquire 10,000 points in total could receive the limited furniture – Pompeo Magno Model.
Three new characters are added to the Sardegna Empire. For example, the Super Rare shipgirl, Impero, can increase her own aviation and launch a special airstrike based on the type of aircraft equipped in the ship’s first gear slot. In the meantime, her other skill can increase her own damage dealt and recover HP for your main fleet or herself, depending on whose health percentage is the highest.
Two Super Rare characters Pompeo Magno and Impero along with one Elite character Trieste will start their adventure in the Virtual Tower. One Super Rare character Formidable will mark her return as well. Most of the characters can be acquired from the construction pool, where Impero, Formidable, and Trieste enjoy a rate up. Pompeo Magno can also be earned through Event Map Drop and exchanged for at the Event Shop.
In this event, Manjuu Campus is the newly added furniture set, bringing the shipgirls back to campus and enjoying the beauty of spring. A rerun furniture set – Manjuu High School, is also available for purchase, as well as different resource supply packs.
7 new campus-themed outfits go live. Players can log in during the event period to earn 2 rental outfit vouchers, which can be used on the following outfits: Pompeo Magno – Quaver Daydream, Impero – Languid Librarian, Trieste – Rooftop Lunch Break.
