OPPO has officially opened their biggest Super Experience Store in the Philippines. Located at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, the Super Experience Store has an area of around 286 square meters to provide their customers with an improved customer service experience.
The large space for the OPPO Super Experience Store was made to commit towards the development of their own line of Internet of Things (IOT) products as well as to better provide customer service.
The OPPO Experience Store has been inspired by the design of the OPPO Super Flagship stores found in China, Singapore, and Thailand. Its insides feature an expansive mirror ceiling that enhances the light and the overall feel of the store.
The new store also has a lounge area that’s fully equipped with VOOC Flash Charging outlets where OPPO customers can lounge, charge, and stay connected while checking the latest OPPO products or waiting for their turn at the customer care.
The opening also highlights the OPPO Service Center 3.0. This new service center features a minimalist and sophisticated ambience with an improved experience for repairs, consultations, and centralized customer care services.
Customers can also observe while OPPO’s customer care representatives repair their smartphones for a more transparent service program.
