Canon has officially announced the arrival of the imageRUNNER ADVANCE (iR-ADV) DX C3800i series, the iR CE226i and iR C3222L A3 printers, and the upgraded iR1643i II and ir1643iF II A4 monochrome laser multi-function devices. These new models promise all sizes of businesses with the capabilities to meet varied needs of the hybrid workplace while still maximizing productivity in the new normal.
The iR-ADV DX C3800i series is comprised of four A3 color laser MFDs that seamlessly integrates uniFLOW Online – a cloud-based print management solution for better efficiency in hybrid workplaces. Based on pre-configured workflows, uniFLOW Online’s Filing Assist automates batch scanning, naming, filing, and routing of documents to various cloud destinations for further processing.
Their cloud connectivity allows in-office and remote workers to collaborate with ease, while the automated processes eliminate error-prone and time-consuming manual filing for increased productivity. A single-pass document feeder option can digitize up to 270 images per minute and offers print speeds of up to 35 pages per minute.
The Canon iR C3226i has a wide array of practical features including a 7-inch color touch display with intuitive controls as well as one-touch tasks to reduce time spent on repetitive operations. The MFD also provides users with customizable preferences, 26 pages per minute printing speed, and various finishing options.
Meanwhile, the iR C3222L has a 5-inch color display panel, wireless connectivity via QR code, mobile printing, and various one-touch functions. Application Library is pre-installed which includes customizable shortcuts to help streamline operations.
uniFLOW Online Express and one-touch operations are also available on the Canon iR1643 II and iR1643iF II A4 printers. They have a print speed of 43ppm, a high-capacity paper feed of up to 2,300 sheets and support for cloud apps like Dropbox and Google Drive.
