The Canon PowerShot V10 has officially arrived in the Philippines. Built as a vlogging camera, it is compact while still having capabilities of a dedicated point-and-shoot with a 1-inch CMOS sensor, up to 4K recording, and a flip-out screen.
The Canon PowerShot V10 is no larger than the average wallet. Despite its portable nature, the brand has managed to fit in features such as a 1-inch CMOS sensor, up to 4K60fps recording, a 6.6mm (19mm equivalent) lens, touch controls on its flip-out screen, and stereo recording.
It also has a built-in tripod foot so you can prop it up for mukbangs and such or you can use it as a handle when going on-the-road. Its capture button is located at the front so you can easily take videos and snaps while vlogging.
Its capabilities can be expanded thanks to the inclusion of a USB-C port and 3.5mm audio jack. You can use the device with a powerbank to extend its battery life or use your own audio solution if you need more audio coverage.
On the software side, the PowerShot V10 supports 14 color filters, up to -3 ND filter, and Face Tracking AF. There are 2 levels of digital image stabilization in several zoom levels and you can even use it as a webcam without installing software via its plug-and-play USB-C connection. You can also livestream directly from the camera using a WiFi connection from your smartphone.
The Canon PowerShot V10 is priced at PhP 29,998 in the Philippines. It will come bundled with a free SanDisk 64GB Extreme MicroSD Card and a DVL Kairos Bag from Straightforward until supplies last.
You can get the PowerShot V10 via Canon Image Squares, concept stores, Canon Online Flagship stores such as Lazada and Shopee, and select authorized dealers nationwide.
