Cherry Philippines just posted a teaser indicating a red and black style product, complementing a banner change as well of saying “Are you ready to Start the Game?”
It really got our attention indeed, the clean red and dark black of black is a fresh nostalgia of what we think this product may be. Most likely its going to be a comeback smartphone from the iconic local brand, geared towards gaming we like the fresh approach and definitely we will be keeping an eye for this.
Our best guess is the leaked Cherry Aqua GR smartphone that was included in a catalogue last year but didn’t materialized in stores. As Unbox PH reported here the Cherry Aqua Series will have two additions, the Aqua GR which is a 5G smartphone with Dimensity 7050, AMOLED Display 120Hz, 108MP Camera and 66W Charging for Php11,999
While the Aqua S11 will have a formidable Helio G99, AMOLED Display 120Hz, 33W Charging, 64MP Triple Camera and 4G Connection for Php7,999
We are indeed excited how Cherry will do its comeback, and its nice to see them back to the smartphone market indeed.
