Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) has officially announced that they will rescheduling COMPUTEX 2020 to September 28 – 30 instead of their regular schedule of around June. The rescheduling was forced due to the COVID-19 outbreak in numerous countries in Southeast Asia and other countries.

After careful consideration of the current state of the global community, TAITRA has decided to reschedule COMPUTEX 2020 to September 28 to 30 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 2. Taiwan has also closed its borders disallowing foreigners from entering the country in order to prevent further infection of the COVID-19 virus.

Though some COMPUTEX 2020 may have been rescheduled, we still expect major tech brands around the world to hold online events to show off their new products. Hopefully, things would normalize soon in order for everyone to live their usual daily lives.
