To better serve its customers and deliver improved convenience, Converge ICT is launching their new GoFiber.ph web portal and the new GoFiber app. Both will act as a fully-featured one-stop shop for new and existing customers for application, payment, and other customer services.
The revamped GoFiber.ph website has a cleaner and more intuitive design that allows new and existing customers to easily navigate and find the information they need. The new site offers easier application process and faster transactions.
The site also enables potential customers to check if an area is serviceable and compared various broadband plans. As an added feature, the portal can recommend the type of plan customers should apply for depending on the number of devices, usage habits, and most actives of the day.
Current customers can enjoy easier account management, express payment portal, and hassle-free support center. The website offers a more seamless dashboard view that features account details, easy payment portal, and are able to view the status of modems, signal strength, and number of devices connected.
Alongside the new website is the Converge GoFiber app. The app has most of the features found on the website including area serviceability, check and inquiry portal, plan upgrades, applications, Internet status, and payment services.
The GoFiber app is now available for both Android and IOS. The current Converge Xperience App will continue to run until further notice. Users are encouraged to switch to the new app for better customer support and account management
To celebrate the launch of their new site and app, Converge is launching their “Pay and Win” and “Apply and Win” promos. Subscribers who pay for their monthly fee on-time or in advance via GoFiber.ph website or app will receive a raffle entry for a chance to win a Huawei MateBook 14s.
Each successful payment of the full monthly subscription fee will be given one raffle entry. The promo runs until March 10, 2022.
