Cyberzone will be taking advantage of AI to improve their customer experience. Its AI implementation is their new AI-driven “Tech Influencers” dubbed the Cyberzone Crew, which aims to interact with all its customers be it on physical stores, online platforms, tech and gaming events, and even within SM Supermalls.
The Cyberzone Crew consists of five members:
- CY, the number one Cybersumer and leader of the group.
- Tyler, the Technophile for All Seasons.
- Poppy, the pop culture maven.
- Alex, the Next Gen Cybersumer.
- Gian, the Reigning Champion Among Super Gamers
The members won’t just be pixels. Thanks to AI, you’ll be able to interact with them in various ways through live events in kiosks, while shopping where you can get advice, or as digital guides while navigating the malls.
Just in time for the Cyberzone Crew is Cyber Month 2024 this August. They will be offering deals for up to 60% off on gadgets and devices for the whole month and CTRL+ALT+PLAY on all weekends will allow you to experience cosplay and pop culture.
