The Air Filtration Tower is the next area after you defeat the tendril dragging you across the hall. As it is Zero Gravity inside the Air Filtration Tower, you have to glide your way across various challenges using Stasis to ascend to the next floors. The Force Gun Ammo schematic is in this area.
The Force Gun Ammo schematic is located inside lit small room on the second floor of the Air Filtration Tower. After you ascend, move straight and peek into the small space to see the Force Energy Schematic floating in the air.
Force Energy or Force Gun Ammo can be bought using the in-game shop for $2,400 for 3 ammo. It is the most expensive ammo in the game but it can be worth it if you have a fully upgraded Force Gun.
If you weren’t able to get the Force Gun Ammo schematic during your initial visit to Hydroponics, don’t worry. You can still get back to to get it during the down times between chapters or during the very open Chapter 10.
