In the latter parts of Chapter 11, Isaac must load the Marker into the shuttle to transport it back to Aegis VII. For you to reach this part, you must use an elevator to descend to a large hall with walkways and tons of corruption. After you descend the elevator, move a bit left and turn around. Use Kinesis to move the large crate and you’ll see a locker. Open the locker to get the Peng statue.
The first obvious achievement for getting the Peng statue is an achievement. For Steam, you get the “There’s Always Peng!” achievement. In-game you can sell the Peng statue for a hefty sum of $30,000. There’s no other reward aside from selling it to get more funds for either upgrades or supplies.
