The Ripper Ammo Schematic can be found in Chapter 3 of the game. You can find it in the area after you get the Flamethrower. Use the elevator to descend one level. Exit the elevator and turn right. Pop the corruption to open the path to the next elevator. Before going down the elevator, go to the room next to it to get the Ripper Ammo Schematic.
Ripper Ammo or Ripper Blades can be bought using the in-game shop for $1,500 for 3 ammo. Although ammo is a bit on the expensive side, the Ripper can be a powerful tool if you get the upgrades for it.
If you weren’t able to get the Ripper Ammo schematic during your initial visit to Engineering, don’t worry. You can still get back to to get it during the down times between chapters or during the very open Chapter 10.
