The new Warhammer 40,000 Christmas Battleforce boxes have finally been revealed. Included in this great discount box sets are the Death Korps of Krieg, a new model range for the Astra Militarum. These gas mask wearing boys and girls have been one of the popular Imperial Guard regiments and them having their first and very own Christmas Battleforce box is definitely not a surprise. But then again, is it actually worth it? Let’s find out and break down the box contents of the Krieg Siege Platoon box set of the Death Korps of Krieg.

This Krieg battleforce is what should have been compared to their pretty plain launch box set. You have a command squad, a good complement of troopers, engineers, and two artillery pieces. Just add in a Krieg Combat Patrol to further beef up the troops and have a bit of cavalry for long-distances.
The Krieg 2025 Christmas Battleforce costs around $240.00 or £150.00 if we base it on previous releases. Due to rising costs in the past, Games Workshop has been regularly increasing the prices on their kits. While more expensive compared to the past years, there is still no denying that the Battleforce box sets are a great way to get a lot of models for less.

Despite being the box with the lowest discount rate, the Krieg 2025 Christmas Battleforce set is still worth it. It’s a horde army and getting more units is a must for this faction.

In the past few years, Battleforce boxes were released on December. We can say the same this time. This may vary though depending on your region. If you’re in the UK, expect an earlier or on time release date. For US, it depends on your nearest hobby store and you country’s Gamesworkshop distribution. Here in the Philippines, the release has been quite on time recently with the boxes ready for release on December or early January.
