Power Mac Center is partnering with Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation in order to supply students with the devices they need for online learning in order to adapt to the New Normal by introducing the UpTradeto Uplift program.
Those willing to help students by participating in Power Mac Center’s UpTradeto Uplift program can donate any working smartphone or tablet of any brand or MacBook. Devices must have no screen damage, have properly functioning speakers, and complete accessories such as chargers and cables. Donated items will go to deserving schools in need through the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation.
Donations will be accepted at all Power Mac Center stores until September 15, 2020. Once the items are accepted, you can get discounted rates for an iPhone. Discounts differ depending on the model you are going to get:

Only one device donation is eligible for a discount. These discounted rates cannot be converted into cash, loyalty points, or services and will only be valid on the day of the donation only.

Initially known to provide boats to students in rural areas who had to swim to get to school, the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation now gives school supplies and scholarships to deserving students and supports communities through medical and dental missions as well as livelihood programs.
