Epson is expanding its projector lineup with the EH-TW6250 4K Smart Gaming Projector. They are touting it as the most affordable 4K PRO-UHD in their range. It boasts a screen size of up to 500 inches and Android TV and built-in Chromecast support for a convenient viewing experience.
The projector supports brightness up to 2,800 lumens and an input lag of under 20ms for a bright and smooth gaming experience. Epson is throwing in adaptive gamma correction, frame interpolation, HDR10/HLG support, and 3LCD technology in order for you to enjoy equal white and color output, color-correct, and high-resolution images.
The Epson EH-TW6250 incorporates a new Vivid Color Mode to enable focus on color and contrast settings to enjoy a wide variety of content. Using its eco mode reduces the lumens output of the device but lessens power consumption and lengthens the longevity of the light source.
Epson enables a seamless entertainment system by including Android TV and Chromecast functionalities on the projector and a built-in 10W speaker. The latter features a bottom-facing sound chamber to improve audio spread.
Additional features include a proprietary sliding keystone function for a wide ± 60% vertical lens shift, HDMI ARC ports, Bluetooth connectivity, and a simple and clean design.
Pricing and availability for the Epson EH-TW6250 4K projector are yet to be announced. Its Singapore price is at SGD 1,899 or around PhP 80,000 when directly converted. It should arrive in the nearest Epson authorized dealer near you soon.
