Epson has launched its latest A4 document scanners, the WorkForce DS-1730 and DS-1760WN, in the Philippines. Both are designed to optimize efficiency with fast and flexible scanning solutions with speeds of up to 30 pages per minute.
The Epson WorkForce DS-1730 and DS-1760WN are made to be compact with flexible media handling with support from mixed-size documents and long documents via the ADF while its integrated flatbed handles delicate items such as photos, ID cards, and booklets.
Advanced features include one-pass duplex scanning, text enhancement, document edge correction, and punch hole removable. Continuous scanning allows you to combine documents scanned from the ADF and flatbed onto a single file.
Both models come with image sensor glass dirt detection, which notifies you of any dirt on the glass surface to reduce risk of poor image quality. Additionally, they can detect and crop multiple items of varying sizes in a single scan.
Using Document Capture Pro, you can automate scanning workflows with up to 30 customizable scan jobs, convert into searchable PDFs, or editable Office Documents using built-in optical character recognition, or send scanned images directly to cloud storage devices, email, or network folders. The scanners also support advanced job separation, barcode, Machine Readable Zone, and flexible file naming and sorting options.
The DS-1760WN further enhances productivity with Scanway. This enables PC-less operation by direct scanning to network folders, USB drives, cloud, or email using its scanner option via its 2.4-inch LCD control panel.
As part of their commitment to sustainability and user-centric design, up to 30% of their main bodies are constructed from recycled plastics without compromising on compactness or performance.
Both the Epson WorkForce DS1730 and DS-1760WN are now available on Epson’s official website and authorized dealers nationwide.
