Isabelle of 36
Winter souls drift through
The night and land soft
Upon the moonlit vale
Whose snowy shrouds hold tight
The hope I’d whispered
Once
Long ago
Golden folds adorn the stems
A maze our eyes beg to follow
A meditation of winding curves
Deep they flow to centre
Where lie the edges of
Another ‘verse
Another maze
Of golden stems and shadows.
A sea of pebbles shifting
A wave a wave
A wave of rock and sand
As sand falls upon our heads
And our heads sink beneath the waves
Along the darkened shores we sink
A pebble in the sea
The rising wind rolls through
Fragrant stalks of feathergrass
Their delicate aroma
A balm
Their gentle susurrus
A lullaby
For my aching heart
Collecting Journals is not for naught! Once you collect a good amount, you can exchange them for those tasty Colour of Lumina. And it’s not a small amount either, you can get about 100 Colour of Lumina if you collect enough and exchange them at the Gestral Village. You can find this Gestral by turning left and heading towards the Gestral Bazaar once you pass the village gates.
As they were mostly written by members of previous Expeditions, journals explain a lot about the world of Clair Obscu: Expedition 33. These journals contain discoveries, horrors, and even triumphs of those that went before Expedition 33. Collecting them might be optional but if you really want to learn more about the world, you may have to explore a lot while keeping your eyes peeled.
Curious about the best ending for Expedition 33? Wonder know more as we have a handy guide for that.
