Expedition 42’s journal can be found in Old Lumiere. Use the flags and spawn near the manor where you fought Renoir. Head towards the right side of the manor walls and climb up the slope. Upon reaching the landing, take the right path and go down. Defeat the Nevron to take the journal of Expedition 42.

It’s been 2 weeks and still no word from Freyja or Olivier. They’ve never missed a check-in before, no matter how exciting their find. Oh, my friends. I hope the end was swift.

Collecting Journals is not for naught! Once you collect a good amount, you can exchange them for those tasty Colour of Lumina. And it’s not a small amount either, you can get about 100 Colour of Lumina if you collect enough and exchange them at the Gestral Village. You can find this Gestral by turning left and heading towards the Gestral Bazaar once you pass the village gates.
