Expedition 55’s journal can be found in Sirene, a location that you need to visit in order to progress the game. To find this journal, proceed to the first flag of this location then follow the path until you reach a large open space. Look to the right to see the journal of Expedition 55 surrounded by three Nevrons.

Collecting Journals is not for naught! Once you collect a good amount, you can exchange them for those tasty Colour of Lumina. And it’s not a small amount either, you can get about 100 Colour of Lumina if you collect enough and exchange them at the Gestral Village. You can find this Gestral by turning left and heading towards the Gestral Bazaar once you pass the village gates.
