In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, players can find journals scattered across the game world, one of which is the journal of Expedition 64. Get to know the contents of this journal, where to find it, and more using this guide.
Expedition 64’s journal can be found while exploring the world map, The Continent. It is east of Flying Waters but can only be accessed once Esquie gains the ability to swim.
Ben, 64 Epsilon
We radioed our first report to Gamma. The line is good. Alpha will be out of radio range for a few days as they investigate downcoast. They spotted an interesting island which could make a good relay point for the southern half of the continent.
But Gamma hasn’t heard from Beta in two weeks. Marceau should reach her in another day. I hope Kaline is ok. But it seems someone is using our radios against us.
How do they even know our codes? Nobody’s used them since the Fracture.
Jean fears we’ve been betrayed, but I refuse to believe that.
Collecting Journals is not for naught! Once you collect a good amount, you can exchange them for those tasty Colour of Lumina. And it’s not a small amount either, you can get about 100 Colour of Lumina if you collect enough and exchange them at the Gestral Village. You can find this Gestral by turning left and heading towards the Gestral Bazaar once you pass the village gates.
As they were mostly written by members of previous Expeditions, journals explain a lot about the world of Clair Obscu: Expedition 33. These journals contain discoveries, horrors, and even triumphs of those that went before Expedition 33. Collecting them might be optional but if you really want to learn more about the world, you may have to explore a lot while keeping your eyes peeled.
Curious about the best ending for Expedition 33? Wonder know more as we have a handy guide for that.
On the other hand, we can help you in finding the other journals using this handy journal list.
