In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Lune wields a great variety of elements to deal explosive amounts of damage to foes, with the right weapon. If set well, Lune can make short work of any enemy, be they a boss or a common foe. Get to know Lune and her weapons in the game using the list below.

When using skills, Lune builds up elemental “Stains”. Stains are the colors found in Lune’s four-slotted wheel. Each skill produces only a specific amount and a specific type. Take note of the Stains that Lune has and use it to your advantage as they add additional effects to skills. With that said, some of Lune’s weapons make it easy for her to generate Stains meaning that you also get to use improved skills a lot more frequently. Again, generating Stains is a must if you want to maximize Lune’s skills.
Lune has skills that allow her to either be the party’s main healer or main damage dealer. Her elemental attacks can wreak devastation among your foes if used correctly. On that other hand, she also has skills that heals and revives, a great advantage as it negates the use of consumables. Lune’s weapon passives grants you the freedom to choose between these roles. If you wish her to be a healer, then use weapons with passives that reduce the AP of healing skills or grants additional advantages when healing. On the other hand, if you want her to be a nuker, use weapons that easily generate stains.
To fully maximize each weapon, they must be upgraded to higher levels. The higher the level, the better the stats. Aside from better numbers, you also get to unlock three passive abilities with each weapon, granting the user incredible advantages in the battlefield. As mentioned, upgrade resources may be scarce in the early and middle parts of the game so choose wisely when upgrading a weapon.
