In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, players can acquire the SOS Shell Picto to strengthen the party. Get to know the stats of this Picto, how to get it, Lumina Points required, and more using this guide.

Apply Shell when falling below 50% Health.
When equipped, Pictos grant additional stat boosts to the user. Stats vary between Pictos and the amount of stats they give depends on the Picto’s level.
You can use 5 Lumina to equip SOS Shell. Note that equipping the Picto’s via Lumina does not add the stats that they provided, and only adds the passive abilities.
After the cutscene once you first arrive in Flying Waters, immediately turn left and you’ll notice a path between the seaweeds. Follow that path until the end to get the SOS Shell Picto.
SOS Shell is an incredibly useful ability to have during the first few hours of the game. It increases the Defense of the player that carries it, giving you more leeway to survive missed dodges and counters. Equip and try to get its passive so that other members can also equip it.
