In Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes (FEW3H), players are asked to choose between three houses. These houses each have unique strengths and abilities. Get to know which one is the best house, differences between each houses, and more using this guide.
Best is subjective, so choose which faction that you want to play with based on how you want to play the game. For starters, each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. This gives the variety and uniqueness, allowing you to better see which one suits your taste. You can also take a look at the varied philosophies carried by these factions and seek out which one you’re interested in developing.
Black Eagles / Adrestian Empire – this faction has tons of mages giving them access to extremely powerful nukes. However, they do lack archers and fast melee attackers.
Blue Lions / Holy Kingdom of Faerghus – this faction comes with a lot of decent melee attackers. Lacks mages and ranged support.
Golden Deer / Leicester Alliance – Mixed and balanced. Has one character for each role.

If you are worried about the pool of characters, fret not. Some characters can be recruited by other factions. Take note that not all of the characters of a faction can be recruited. Some are locked due to story purposes such as the legendary lords themselves. If you’re worried about the best faction because of this, try out the faction that you want first and then look for opportunities to recruit other characters to increase your roster.

If you’ve played the previous Fire Emblem: Three Houses, you can simply choose the faction that you chose in that game. While the events here in FEW3H are significantly different, the timeline and the sequence of events resembles that as to what happened in the latest main title. On the other hand, you can also check out a different faction to see how things ended up on their side of the story.
