In Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes (FEW3H), players can access new content in new game plus once they finish a story campaign. Get to know what you can do in new game plus, what gets carried over, unlockable items and characters, and more.
Once you complete the game and make a cleared save file, you can start a new game with the above features being carried over. However, only the Merc Whistle, the item that grants you a character’s unique ability, is not carried over. You will be prompted to use it during the final chapter so make sure to do so and get a unique ability before undertaking a new story campaign.
The Merc Whistle also dictates the character that will give you the final letter in the game’s ending.
When starting a new story campaign, you can only access New Game Plus content after you clear the prologue part. Although you get Shez’s previous level and abilities during your sortie with the three houses’ lords, you can only access the camp once you get to the faction’s first true chapter.
If you fancy using new game plus content during the final phases of you current story mission, you can do so by just loading the cleared save file. This leads you back to the camp before you take the final mission, allowing you to experiment with the new unlocked items and characters.
Located inside your tent is your journal book and with it is the shop wherein you can use Renown to buy characters and equipment. The Renown Shop only unlocks after you finish the game once and can be fully enjoyed if you have enough renown to use it.
Using renown, you can purchase unique characters like Sothis, Arval, and Rhea. You can use these three and control them during battles. Note that in order to unlock Arval, you must allow Byleth to join your faction.
When starting a new game plus, try out how the other factions play out. You can also see how they managed the events in their own side of the Fodlan. Thankfully, you can carry the Support Levels and almost all of the items and levels that you have from your previous playthrough.

Aside from taking a different faction, you can also make the choice to recruit or fight Byleth. Depending on your choices, Byleth can either be an ally or an enemy during the latter chapters of the story campaigns. With this, events can become vastly different, giving additional runtime to the game.
