The above are methods that you can use to increase Shez’s support levels with other characters. Some do take some time like Volunteering and Cooking as they consume an activity point whenever you do them. On the other hand, battles and giving gifts are more on the repeatable side as you can continuously do them until you either grow tired or you run out of items to give.
When you reach a certain level, a prompt would appear on the left-hand side of the screen. You can run this support conversation to see how both characters would interact with each other. Do note that not all characters have a support conversation or viewable event. This is viewable via the Support Information menu. Characters without “…” above their rank levels denote the lack of support conversation for that level. Also, there is no way of getting the wrong answer during support conversations so just fire away and answer with what you think is the proper response.
Some characters in the game have locked support ranks that only unlock after you reach a certain point in the story campaign. Although locked, you can still level up the supports for these characters. Once the support conversation is available, you’ll be prompted about it and you can just run it to rank up the support level. This usually happens at the start of the latter chapters.
Probably the most effective way to increase a character’s support is to constantly give gifts. There is no limit to this and you can bombard a character with gifts to instantly increase your support level with them. You can get gifts from quests or by simply buying it from the Shop or from Anna. Gifts replenish after every chapter so you can buy a lot if you have enough gold.
During battles, use Adjutants to farm support points. Whenever you do certain actions, like execute enemy commanders or perform Partner Specials, support points are gained. Also, characters that participate in battles get support points by the end of the fight. In a way, this is a cheaper albeit tedious way to get your support levels up. Adjutants also get a lot of experience compared to AI-controlled units so you also get a couple of levels with this.

Unlike in Fire Emblem Three Houses, there is no way to disappoint characters or decrease your Support Points in FEW3H. Answer away and reply with what you think is the proper answer as there are no apparent consequences.

The highest Character Support Levels are only up to A. Some characters only have up to C Level. Make sure to check first before spending too much on one character as the excess Support Points do not contribute to anything else if you have already reached the limit. Also, the lack of S Level means the lack of possible romance in this game.
