18 teams are set to take the stage at the Esports World Cup: Free Fire 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from Jul 16 to 20! Beyond the lion’s share of the prize pool, the champion will secure the first ticket to the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals in Jakarta, Indonesia later in November.

Free Fire Esports World Cup 2025

Unfolds Across 3 Stages

  1. Knockout Stage (Jul 16 to 18): 3 groups of 6 teams each. 6 matches daily, with the top 12 advancing to the Point Rush.
  2. Point Rush Stage (Jul 19): 6 matches to determine Headstart Points for the Grand Final. All teams proceed with points based on their performance.
  3. Grand Final (Jul 20): The top 12 battle it out in up to 10 matches under a Match Point format (Champion Rush). The first to hit 80 points and a Booyah! takes the crown.

All Eyes on the Squads

Returning to defend its Esports World Cup: Free Fire crown is Thailand’s Team Falcons, while regional giants and fan-favorites like FFWS Global Finals 2024 champion Fluxo from Brazil and Indonesia’s ONIC and RRQ are ready to shake up the standings.

The Knockout Stage groupings are locked in and the stage is set for an electrifying clash of regions. Group A packs heat with a dominant Thai trio ready to hold their ground against challengers from Brazil, Chile, and Bangladesh. Group B turns up the pressure with duos from esports strongholds Brazil and Indonesia, alongside a rising force from Pakistan and a determined squad from Thailand. Over in Group C, spectators can expect fireworks as top squads from Brazil, Mexico, Thailand, and Saudi Arabia clash with two battle-hardened teams from Indonesia.
