-

Frostpunk, the brutal steampunk city-building survival mishmash, is set to hit the shelves and digital storefronts of the Sony PS4 and Microsoft Xbox One this 11th of October. Imagining how to play this game with a controller might be a challenge, but hey, it did work for Cities: Skylines. Anyhow, we had fun playing the game and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a brutal survival sim that can both challenge your morality and management skills.

Frostpunk Console Press Release:

Frostpunk — a strategic game combining city-building gameplay, brutal survival in a frozen 19th-century world, and a truly unique society simulation — is creeping ever closer to its console release on October 11th, 2019.

Faced with the daunting challenge of adapting the game with consoles in mind, 11 bit studios worked tirelessly to create a strategy title that plays naturally and intuitively with a controller. For all the console gamers who missed out on Frostpunk on PC, we give you a look into the Frostpunk universe in this Story Trailer:
