OPPO users can now experience VIP customer support in the palm of their hands. The OPPO Service app allows its users to book repair, find service centers, and check the warranty status of their OPPO smartphones.

The OPPO Service app currently supports the following features:

• Book a Repair – Customers can easily book appointments when they want to have their smartphones serviced. The OPPO Service app will give its users priority passes when they bring their units to the service center.
• Find a Service Center – The OPPO Service app will list the official OPPO Service centers in the area. To ensure privacy, this feature will work even when the GPS of the smartphone is turned off.

• Check Spare Parts Price – This will give customers an estimation of how much smartphone repairs could cost. Prices for individual parts are also listed for parts commonly replaced.
