Gigabyte has announced a new lineup of hardware – AI TOP. The range offers an all-round solution for AI models to be trained locally “…on your desk” as Eddie Lin, CEO of Gigabyte, puts it.
The Gigabyte AI TOP Ecosystem consist of AI TOP-branded hardware like the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Super AI TOP 16G, Radeon Pro W7900, UD1600PM PG5 AI TOP PSU, and TRX50 AI TOP motherboard. There’s even an AI TOP 100E SSD PCIe 4.0 M.2 that ups the TBW rating to up to 219,000 TB so that it can be reliably used to train AI.
Aside from hardware, Gigabyte is offering an all-round solution such as AI TOP Utility and AI TOP Tutor. The former is a reinvented software with a more friendly user face that supports up to 236B-parameter large language models while maintaining privacy and security.
AI TOP Tutor, on the other hand, provides comprehensive consultation for AI TOP solutions, set-up guidance, and technical support. These features promise Gigabyte AI TOP to be easily adapted by both beginners and professionals to startup local AI training projects.
